Based in London, Ontario we have honed our craft of shepherding customers towards having their needs met and taking customer engagement to a deeper level for over twenty years.

What could be more meaningful than creating joy-making behaviors that change business results?! Outside of work, there is nothing I value more than spending quality time with family and friends at every opportunity. In terms of hobbies, I get my energy from my daily workouts, and feed my creative energy with interior design and fashion šŸŒø

From small business owners who need our help ensuring they are capturing all leads to our front line MomentMakersĀ® who are just looking to work in a business that cares for people. TLS allows me to impact people's lives positively. That is what I love most. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, Fiona and Wilson, working on creative projects like photography and video, and working on projects around the house.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two amazing sons. I am a hockey mom through and through and enjoy watching them do what they love. I also like to read and discover new recipes.

    I love TLS because everyone matters; TLS is a company that appreciates all employees, we live true to our values in everything we do and truly set the standard on how to treat people better. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family. Whether it is road trips through the country side, enjoying sunset yoga on the beach or discovering the local restaurants and boutiques in small communities. We like exploring new places. I like to keep active and have found myself appreciating a new love of hiking on the many amazing trails that Ontario has to offer.

    I love TLS because it's a source of joy in my life and many moments made. Not only a job, but a family. I feel valued as an individual and challenged to learn and grow. When I am not working I enjoy spending my time with my friends and traveling. I was born and raised in Brazil and I just love going to the beach to enjoy the summer time. I also love cooking for my friends and throwing dinner parties. I enjoy decorating for a variety of events. I have been in Canada since December 2017.

    I love TLS because of the culture and service we provide. As a MomentMakerĀ® working for Paul Davis, during my first week Hurricane Harvey hit and it quickly became apparent just how important of a service we provide, and how much of an impact you can make with a caller as that first point of contact. It also gave me the invaluable experience at this early stage of my career to go from being an end user to working on the development side of things within the same environment. It's been great to help deliver the MomentMakersĀ® with more tools, and a better workflow to be able to just focus on giving the caller the care that they need; whatever the situation. Outside of work, I like to spend my time with my wife, son, daughter, and two dogs. I have a passion for music and produce in my spare time, along with playing video games, board games, and disc golf.

    I love TLS because of our culture and environment. I started on the front line with College Pro as a MomentMakerĀ® in 2012 and since then have grown to the position I have now as the Manager of Quality & Training. TLS is special and we are truly a family. Our Culture is the constant that sets us apart from others; we believe people can treat people better. In the world we are in right now, this is critical. My joy is watching others grow and develop; what better job is there than getting to help others learn empathy, compassion and to truly treat people better. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my little family. I have grown a new love for gardening and rollerblading. I also enjoy kayaking, four wheeling and baking yummy treats.

Every day is different and provides me with the opportunity to seek new challenges. Outside of work I enjoy spending time outdoors, day trips to the beach, music festivals, and spending time with friends, family, and my cat.

    I love TLS because everyone's opinion is given equal importance. Additionally, the care and support shown by the Management and MomentMakersĀ® is top notch. Outside work I love to spend some time with family and playing with my nephew. I also love binge-watching Netflix series, reading light novels or playing games on my phone.

    I love TLS because of the people. Everyone in the company genuinely cares about each other, and whenever someone does something special, it is celebrated, and recognition is given. Outside of work, I enjoy camping, hunting, fishing, spending time with my niece and nephew, and being outdoors.
